As I painted this canvas on Waikiki beach, a party of people set up a tent, blocking my view looking Ewa. I asked them to give me 15 minutes to capture some details before setting it back up. Of course I worked on the foreground, with plein air painting, I have learned to go with the flow, to keep positive energy going. In Zen teachings it is said to " ride the horse in the direction it is running", or "swim with the direction of the ocean."
